本研究旨在深入探讨湿性环境对急性鼓膜穿孔修复的影响，以验证修复速度、成功率和听力恢复的优势。通过比较湿性和干性环境下的修复效果，我们将进一步揭示潮湿对于鼓膜穿孔康复的积极作用，为临床提供科学依据，优化手术操作环境，提升患者治疗体验及治疗效果。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to delve into the influence of a wet environment on the repair of acute tympanic membrane perforations, aiming to validate the advantages in repair speed, success rate, and hearing recovery. By comparing the outcomes of repairs conducted in wet and dry environments, we aim to further elucidate the beneficial effects of moisture on tympanic membrane perforation recovery. This research endeavors to provide scientific evidence for optimizing surgical environments, thereby enhancing both patient treatment experiences and outcomes.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 年龄大于16岁； ② 穿孔大于1/4鼓膜紧张部面积的鼓膜穿孔； ③ 穿孔时间小于72小时； ④ 气骨导差＜30dB。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age greater than 16 years old; 2. Tympanic membrane perforation larger than 1/4 of the area of the pars tensa; 3. Perforation duration less than 72 hours; 4. Air-bone gap <30 dB.

排除标准：

① 中耳感染； ② 中耳有肉芽组织增生； ③ 听骨链有损伤； ④ 由鼓膜穿孔外伤所致的感音神经性聋； ⑤ 咽鼓管功能障碍者； ⑥ 孕妇等特殊人群。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Middle ear infection; 2. Granulation tissue proliferation in the middle ear; 3. Damage to the ossicular chain; 4. Sensorineural hearing loss caused by trauma-induced tympanic membrane perforation; 5. Individuals with Eustachian tube dysfunction; 6. Special populations such as pregnant women.

盲法：

1、研究角色分配： ①操作软件的工程师：负责生成随机分配序号并准备随机化分配的信封。他们对患者的治疗情况完全不知情。 ②临床医生：负责给患者开药并指导用药，但对具体药物内容不知情，药物包装上只标记为A、B、C。 ③评估医生：负责评估患者的治疗效果，包括鼓膜愈合情况和听力恢复情况，对患者使用何种药物情况不知情。 2、盲法具体操作： ①药物标记与包装：将生理盐水、氧氟沙星滴耳液和重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子滴眼液分别标记为A、B、C。确保外包装一致且没有任何可以识别药物的信息。 ②药物分发：由不参与临床治疗和效果评估的工作人员（如药剂师）根据信封内的分配序号给患者发放相应的药物。 ③患者用药指导：患者只知道自己应该使用A、B或C药物，具体使用方法由临床医生告知，但临床医生也不知道药物具体成分。 ④评估过程：评估医生在进行鼓膜愈合情况和听力恢复情况评估时，严格避免接触任何药物信息，只根据患者编号记录和分析数据。

Blinding：

1. Research role allocation: ① The engineer who operates the software is responsible for generating the randomly assigned serial number and preparing the randomly assigned envelope. They were completely unaware of the patient's treatment. (2) Clinicians: responsible for prescribing and guiding drugs to patients, but they do not know the specific drug content, and the drug packaging is only marked as A, B, and C. ③ Evaluation doctor: responsible for evaluating the treatment effect of patients, including tympanic membrane healing and hearing recovery, and do not know what drugs patients use. 2. Specific operation of blind method: ① Drug labeling and packaging: Normal saline, ofloxacin ear drops and recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor eye drops were labeled as A, B and C, respectively. Make sure the packaging is consistent and does not contain any information that can identify the drug. (2) Drug distribution: Staff (such as pharmacists) who are not involved in clinical treatment and effect evaluation will distribute the corresponding drugs to patients according to the distribution serial number in the envelope. ③ Patient medication guidance: Patients only know that they should use A, B or C drugs, and the specific use method is informed by the clinician, but the clinician does not know the specific ingredients of the drug. Evaluation process: When assessing the healing of the eardrum and the recovery of hearing, the evaluation doctor strictly avoids contact with any drug information, and only records and analyzes the data according to the patient number.
