研究目的：

本项目回顾调查分析武汉江夏方舱医院收治的新型冠状病毒肺炎患者（轻型、普通型）的睡眠心理状况，并开展随机对照试验，隔离期在维持原有治疗方案的基础上，将睡眠障碍患者随机分为2组，观察组予以常规治疗加音乐疗法干预2周，对照组予常规治疗不加音乐疗法，从而比较分析音乐疗法对于新冠肺炎患者的睡眠心理防护作用。  

Objectives of Study：

This project reviewed and analyzed the sleep psychology of patients with new coronavirus pneumonia (light, common type) admitted to Wuhan Jiangxia Cabin Hospital, and conducted a randomized controlled trial, on the basis of maintaining the original treatment plan, randomly divided sleep disorder patients into 2 groups, and the observation group was given routine treatment and music therapy intervention for 2 weeks. The control group gave conventional therapy without music therapy, so as to compare the protective effect of music therapy on the sleep of patients with new coronary pneumonia.

纳入标准：

1. 符合国家卫生健康委员会发布的《新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎诊疗方案》试行第五版、第六版中临床诊断、确诊标准的轻型、普通型患者；
2. 年龄≥18岁；
3. 患者知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Mild or moderate cases who meet the "Diagnosis and Treatment Protocol for Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia" issued by the National Health And Health Council are trialled in the fifth and sixth editions of clinical diagnosis and diagnostic criteria.
2. Age: 18 years of age or older;
3. Patient informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 合并严重原发性呼吸系统疾病、或患有需与COVID-19相鉴别的其他病原微生物型肺炎的患者；
2. 合并心、脑、肺、肝及肾等系统严重原发性疾病，以及精神病患者；
3. 意识不清及不能配合者；
4. 因听力障碍无法接受音乐者；
5. 合并有其他严重疾病如尿毒症、严重心力衰竭等患者；
6. 研究者认为不适合参加研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combining patients with severe primary respiratory diseases, or with other pathogenic microbial pneumonia that needs to be identified in relation to COVID-19;
2. Combining systems such as heart, brain, lung, liver and kidney syllading with severe primary diseases, as well as mental illness;
3. Those who are unconscious and unable to cooperate;
4. People who cannot accept music because of hearing impairment;
5. Combining patients with other serious diseases such as uremia and severe heart failure;
6. The researchers did not consider it appropriate for patients to participate in the study.
