研究目的：

深入全面了解我国ICU重症康复的现状，更好地开展重症康复的临床应用实践，改善ICU患者的预后。  

Objectives of Study：

To gain insight into the current state of ICU rehabilitation in China, in order to enhance the implementation of clinical practices for ICU rehabilitation and ultimately improve the prognosis of ICU patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

研究将采用多阶段分层抽样，分为三个阶段。 在第一阶段，明确将中国大陆的各省、市、自治区纳入调查的范围。考虑因素：根据各省的人口规模分为两组：以占全国人口的4%为标准，区分人口大省和人口小省。31个省（市、自治区）可分为10个人口大省和21个人口小省。 第二阶段，从每个省份所有三级医院中进行便利抽样。每个人口大省选择18家三级医院，每个人口小省选择9家三级医院，共计369家三级医院。如果抽样后的医院或医院ICU 负责人拒绝参与研究，则重新进行抽样过程。 第三阶段，向抽样后得到的三级医院的ICU实际负责人定点发放问卷。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

This study uses multistage stratified sampling in three phases. In the first stage, 31 provinces in China are included in the survey. Provinces are divided into two groups according to their population size, large and small provinces. Large and small provinces are distinguished using 4% of the national population as the standard. Those provinces (cities, autonomous regions) are divided into 10 provinces with large population and 21 provinces with small population. In the second phase, convenience sampling is conducted from all tertiary hospitals in each province. 18 tertiary hospitals are selected in each province with large population, and 9 hospitals are selected in each province with small population, for a total of 369 tertiary hospitals. In cases where hospital or ICU leaders decline to participate after being sampled, the sampling process is repeated. In the third stage, questionnaires are distributed to the actual responsible persons of ICU in tertiary hospitals.

（1）主持ICU工作的负责人（2）自愿参与本研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) The person in charge of the ICU work (2) voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

因请假等因素暂离临床工作3个月及以上。

Exclusion criteria：

Temporary absence from clinical work for 3 months or more due to leave and other factors.
