证明5G远程机器人辅助下经皮椎弓根螺钉植入技术与传统机器人辅助下经皮椎弓根螺钉植入技术在脊柱手术中具有同样的安全性与优越性  

Objectives of Study:

Prove that the 5G remote robot assisted percutaneous pedicle screw implantation technology has the same safety and superiority as traditional robot assisted percutaneous pedicle screw implantation technology in spinal surgery

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1)新诊断的需要螺钉固定的胸腰段(T9-L3)骨折患者 2)签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1) Newly diagnosed thoracolumbar (T9-L3) fracture patient requiring screw fixation 2) Sign informed consent form

排除标准:

1)严重骨质疏松 2)陈旧性骨折 3)椎弓根严重畸形 4)严重系统性疾病 5)凝血障碍 6)病理性骨折 7)结核及肿瘤的患者

Exclusion criteria:

1) Severe osteoporosis 2) Old fractures 3) Severe pedicle deformities 4) Severe systemic diseases 5) Coagulation disorders 6) Pathological fractures 7) Patients with tuberculosis and tumors

1.随机分组:总样本量为120病例,按照1:1随机分为5G远程机器人组(60)传统机器人组(60) 2.随机化: (1)计算机随机化程序生成120个随机数 (2)按入院时间顺序依次编号 (3)随机生成奇数组与偶数组 (4)对奇数组与偶数组进行不同的干预

1. Random grouping: The total sample size was 120 cases, which were randomly divided into 5G remote robot group (60) and traditional robot group (60) according to 1:1. 2. Randomization: (1) The computer randomization program generates 120 random numbers (2) The numbers were numbered according to the time of admission (3) Generate odd and even groups randomly (4) Different interventions were performed for the odd and even groups
