本研究深入解析COPD患者的视网膜结构差异、OCTA检查结果与肺功能、呼吸系统综合治疗的内在联系,旨在评估光学相干断层血管造影成像技术在COPD中的应用价值。  

Objectives of Study:

This study delves into the retinal structural differences in COPD patients, the correlation between OCTA (Optical Coherence Tomography Angiography) findings and pulmonary function, as well as the inherent connection with comprehensive respiratory treatment, aiming to assess the application value of optical coherence tomography angiography imaging technology in COPD.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

①患者符合COPD指南诊断标准; ②≥18岁的成年病人; ③经眼科系统检查,眼底视网膜结构正常,眼压值在12-20mmHg、眼轴长度在20-25mm内,前房角镜检查呈开角。

Inclusion criteria

① Patients meet the diagnostic criteria of the COPD guidelines; ② Patients are adults aged ≥18 years; ③ Upon ophthalmic examination, the fundus and retinal structures are normal, intraocular pressure is within 12-20 mmHg, axial length of the eye is within 20-25 mm, and gonioscopy shows an open angle.

排除标准:

①患有青光眼、高血压或糖尿病视网膜病变、视网膜前膜、角膜混浊、高度近视或远视(>6D)、角膜疾病、眼外伤或手术史等; ②不能配合OCTA检查的患者。

Exclusion criteria:

① Patients with glaucoma, hypertensive or diabetic retinopathy, epiretinal membrane, corneal opacity, high myopia or hyperopia (>6D), corneal diseases, history of ocular trauma or surgery, etc.; ② Patients who are unable to cooperate with OCTA examination.
