研究目的：

主要目的：评价常规药物治疗基础上联合数字音乐疗法较单纯药物治疗改善PD患者运动症状的有效性及安全性。 次要目的：评价常规药物治疗基础上联合数字音乐疗法较单纯药物治疗对PD患者非运动症状的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Main objective: To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of combining digital music therapy with conventional drug therapy in improving motor symptoms in PD patients compared to simple drug therapy. Secondary objective: To evaluate the effect of combining conventional drug therapy with digital music therapy on non motor symptoms in PD patients compared to drug therapy alone.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.患者符合原发性帕金森诊断标准，年龄30-80岁；；
2.属于帕金森病早、中期，即Hoehn-Yahr评分在3期以内；；
3.无严重内外科疾病；；
4.具备生活基本自理能力；；
5.能自主参与或在家属帮助下参与运动；；
6.患者及家属同意，愿意接受随访，签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients meet the diagnostic criteria for primary Parkinson's disease and are aged 30-80 years old;
2.The patients are in the early or middle stages of Parkinson's disease, Hoehn-Yahr score within level 3;
3.No serious medical or surgical disease;
4.Have basic self-care ability;
5.Able to participate in sports independently or with the help of family members;
6.The patient and family members agree, are willing to undergo follow-up, and sign the informed consent form;

排除标准：

1.帕金森叠加综合征、继发性帕金森病；；
2.治疗前存在精神类疾病者；；
3.MMSE评分< 26分；；
4.有严重心脑血管疾病、肌肉骨骼疾病、骨关节疾病、腰椎疾病者；；
5.听力障碍或有严重耳鸣症状的患者；；
6.药物成瘾者；；
7.正在接受其他康复治疗或运动功能性训练；；
8.不能配合治疗、随访者；；
9.研究者认为不适合入组者；；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Parkinson's superposition syndrome, secondary Parkinson's disease;
2.People with mental illness before treatment;
3.MMSE score < 26;
4.Those with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, musculoskeletal diseases, bone and joint diseases, and lumbar spine diseases;
5.Patients with hearing impairment or severe tinnitus symptoms;
6.drug addiction;
7.Patients undergoing other rehabilitation treatments or functional sports training;
8.Patients who cannot cooperate with treatment and follow-up;
9.The investigators considered it inappropriate for inclusion;
