研究目的：

探索分析“诸寒收引，皆属于肾”经典理论在膝骨关节炎的临床应用及其科学内涵，解决寒湿痹阻型膝骨关节炎临床用药问题，提高患者的生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore and analyze the clinical application and scientific connotation of the classic theory of "all cold and all belong to the kidney" in knee osteoarthritis, so as to solve the clinical medication problem of cold-dampness-blocking knee osteoarthritis and improve the quality of life of patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合膝骨关节炎中医寒湿痹阻证诊断标准及西医诊断标准，且VAS评分2-7分；；
2.影像学X线分级属Ⅰ-Ⅲ级；；
3.BMI指数：18.5-28.0kg/m2；；
4.患者同意目前治疗方案，并能配合检查，坚持完成随访。；

Inclusion criteria

1.In line with the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine cold and damp bi syndrome and Western medicine, the VAS score was 2-7 points;;
2.The radiographic X-ray grading was grade Ⅰ to Ⅲ.;
3.BMI: 18.5-28.0kg/m2;;
4.The patient agreed to the current treatment plan and was able to cooperate with the examination and adhere to the follow-up.;

排除标准：

1.膝关节存在严重机械变形（内/外翻＞15°）；；
2.膝关节存在类风湿性关节炎、膝关节结核、痛风性关节炎等其它炎性疾病；；
3.在本次试验前近3个月内进行过膝骨关节炎相关的治疗，包括口服药物（如非甾体类抗炎药、对症慢作用药物、雌激素、中成药、中药汤剂等），关节腔内注射药物（如中药提取物、透明质酸、糖皮质激素等），非药物治疗（物理治疗、中医针刺、艾灸、熏洗等）和关节镜手术治疗等；；
4.合并精神疾病以及严重肝肾、心脑血管、肿瘤、血液等内科疾病的患者；；
5.对本研究涉及中药汤剂及非甾体类药物过敏患者；；
6.长期使用其它影响疗效和安全性判定药物的患者。；

Exclusion criteria：

1.The knee joint has severe mechanical deformation (internal/eversion > 15°);;
2.Rheumatoid arthritis, tuberculosis of knee joint, gouty arthritis and other inflammatory diseases exist in knee joint.;
3.In the last 3 months before this study, patients received treatment related to knee osteoarthritis, including oral drugs (such as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, symptomatic slow-acting drugs, estrogen, Chinese patent drugs, traditional Chinese medicine decoction, etc.), intra-articular injection drugs (such as Chinese medicine extracts, hyaluronic acid, glucocorticoids, etc.). Non-drug treatment (physical therapy, acupuncture, moxibustion, fumigation, etc.) and arthroscopic surgery;;
4.Patients with mental diseases and serious internal diseases such as liver, kidney, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, tumors, and blood;;
5.This study involved patients allergic to traditional Chinese medicine decoction and non-steroidal drugs.;
6.Long-term use of other drugs that affect efficacy and safety assessments.;

通过SPSS 17.0软件使用随机数字生成器，设置活动生成器起点固定值为2000000，使用随机数字表法对0-70进行随机数字编号，根据随机产生的数字编号分为治疗组35例，对照组35例。

The random number generator was used by SPSS 17.0 software, and the fixed starting point of the activity generator was set to 2000000. Random numbers were numbered from 0 to 70 using the random number table method. According to the randomly generated numbers, 35 cases were divided into the treatment group and 35 cases were in the control group.
