本研究立足宏观、务实微观，从多个层面着眼，综合把控中国心力衰竭现状，为行业规范和治疗决策提供科学依据，以最优化的临床实践模式和医疗资源配置改善心衰患者预后。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to provide a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the current situation of heart failure in China, provide a scientific basis for the standardised management of heart failure and to improve the prognosis of heart failure patients with the optimal clinical practice model and allocation of healthcare resources.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

根据《国家心力衰竭指南2023》、《国家心肌病中心认证标准》、《中国肥厚型心肌病指南2022》，连续入选心衰住院患者、和非缺血性心肌病患者（包括家族性扩张型心肌病、致心律失常性心肌病、限制型心肌病、肥厚型心肌病、心脏淀粉样变性、法布雷病、Danon病、Pompe病、肌营养不良、血色病、肢端肥大症、线粒体疾病、畸形综合征等）。

Inclusion criteria

According to the National Heart Failure Guidelines 2023, National Cardiomyopathy Center Accreditation Standards, and the China Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy Guidelines 2022, inpatients with heart failure and non-ischemic cardiomyopathy (including familial dilated cardiomyopathy, arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy, restrictive cardiomyopathy, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, cardiac amyloidosis, Fabry disease, Danon disease, Pompe disease, muscular dystrophy, hemochromatosis, acromegaly, mitochondrial disease, and malform syndrome) were continuously enrolled.

Exclusion criteria：

The investigators identified medical conditions that were inappropriate for the study, including drug or alcohol abuse or severe mental illness, that prevented patients from complying with the protocol or follow-up procedures.
