纳入标准：

腹腔镜胆囊手术患者，18-65岁，ASAI-II级，BMI16～26kg/m^2

Inclusion criteria

Laparoscopic gallbladder surgery patients, 18-65 years old, ASAI-II class, BMI 16-26 kg/m^2

排除标准：

已知麻醉药物过敏患者，罹患神经肌肉功能障碍疾病：如癫痫等。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with known allergies to anesthetic drugs and diseases with neuromuscular dysfunction, such as epilepsy.

30s slow static push of solution A, 1 min later intravenous push of 0.3 mg/kg etomidate for 30 s. Subsequent induction was given with solution A', A= total amount of 0.4 μg/kg of sufentanil diluted to 5 μg/ml into a 10 ml syringe, and A' was the same volume of saline.
