超声引导动态针尖定位法用于动脉穿刺方案的优化，降低血管壁损伤、提高穿刺成功率。  

Objectives of Study：

An optimized ultrasound-guided dynamic tip positioning method to reduce vessel posterior wall damage during arterial puncture and improve the success.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

选择需行桡动脉穿刺测压的手术患者。ASA分级Ⅰ～Ⅱ 级，年龄18～85岁。；

Inclusion criteria

Surgical patients requiring radial artery puncture for blood pressure measurement are selected, with ASA grades I-II and ages 18-85 years.;

排除标准：

排除标准：⑴Allen试验阳性；⑵穿刺部位感染；⑶既往有桡动脉穿刺置管史。；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Positive Allen test;
2.Infection at the puncture site;
3.Previous history of radial artery catheterization.;
