研究目的：

对比开放肝切除术和腹腔镜肝切除术治疗既往开放肝切除术史的肝内胆管结石患者术中肠道损伤率及术后结局，探索腔镜重复肝切除术的安全性及可行性  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the rate of intraoperative intestinal injury and other postoperative outcomes between open hepatectomy and laparoscopic hepatectomy in hepatolithiasis patients with history of previous open hepatectomy, and to investgate the safety and feasibility of repeat laparoscopic hepatectomy in recurrent hepatolithiasis population.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 肝内胆管结石须行部分肝切除术的患者（≥2个肝段），包括左外叶切除术、左半肝切除术、右后叶切除术和右半肝切除术；2 .既往行开放肝切除术治疗肝内胆管结石；3. 肝功能Child-Pugh A类或B类患者

Inclusion criteria

(1) patients requiring biliary surgery (≥2 segments), including left lateral lobectomy (lateral segmentectomy), left hemihepatectomy, right posterior lobectomy or right hemihepatectomy; (2) patients with a history of open hepatectomy; and (3) patients with Child-Pugh class A or B liver function.

排除标准：

1. 合并胆管癌患者2. 严重脏器功能障碍患者；3. 胆汁性肝硬化严重者不适合肝切除术。4.先前手术出现严重腹腔相关并发症（如腹腔脓肿、腹腔出血/肠梗阻、肠瘘、胆漏）。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) patients who did not have a history of previous biliary tract surgery; (2) patients with cholangiocarcinoma or other malignant tumors; (3) patients with severe organ dysfunction; (4) Patients with a history of severe intra-abdominal complications following previous surgery, such as abdominal abscess, abdominal bleeding, intestinal obstruction, enterocutaneous fistula, bile leakage, etc.
