研究目的：

单向倒刺线作为一种新型缝合线，在外科手术中较传统缝合线具有便捷、防脱、加速缝合以及免拆线等优势。本实验旨在评估单向倒刺线应用于胸外科术后引流管管口的安全性与有效性。并与传统治疗方案进行比较。  

Objectives of Study：

As a new type of suture, the single barb suture has the advantages of convenience, anti-detachment, accelerated suture and no suture removal compared with traditional suture. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of one-way barb wire applied to the mouth of drainage tube after thoracic surgery. And compared with traditional treatment.

纳入标准：

年龄在18-70岁之间； 术后需放置胸腔引流管的患者； 愿意参与实验，并签署知情同意书； 具有较好的身体素质；

Inclusion criteria

Aged between 18 and 70 years; Patients who need thoracic drainage tube after surgery; Willing to participate in the experiment and sign the informed consent; Have good physical condition;

排除标准：

糖尿病患者 孕妇或哺乳期妇女； 恶性肿瘤晚期、恶病质、凝血功能障碍等术后短期内不能拔出引流管的患者； 具备其他不适合参与试验的因素；

Exclusion criteria：

Diabetic. Pregnant or lactating women; Patients with advanced malignant tumors, cachexia, coagulation dysfunction, etc. who cannot pull out the drainage tube in the short term after surgery; Have other factors that are not suitable for participation in the test;
