评估静息态功能磁共振（rs-fMRI）作为失眠症患者治疗前后的影像检查工具的临床应用价值  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the clinical value of resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging (rs-fMRI) as a imaging tool for patients with insomnia before and after treatment

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）样本类型：临床诊断为失眠症的患者，并接受了行为认知治疗。 （2）年龄范围：≥18岁。 （3）治疗前后两次均行rs-fMRI检查。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Sample type: Patients with clinical diagnosis of insomnia who received behavioral cognitive therapy. (2) Age range: ≥18 years. (3) rs-fMRI was performed twice before and after treatment.

排除标准：

（1）MRI图像具有严重的运动伪影从而影响图像后处理。 （2）最终未完成MRI检查扫描。 （3）未接受失眠治疗的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) MRI images have serious motion artifacts that affect image post-processing. (2) The final MRI scan was not completed. (3) Patients who did not receive treatment for insomnia.
