研究目的：

1.相对于传统的住院神经心理功能康复能够使患者恢复的更好，提供相应的康复训练指导。 2.指导患者出院后能够保持好的生活习惯，有意识做康复运动，促进神经修复，并且避免二次脑梗。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Compared to traditional inpatient neuropsychological rehabilitation, to help patients recover better and provide corresponding rehabilitation training guidance. 2. Guide patients to maintain good lifestyle habits after discharge, consciously engage in rehabilitation exercises, in order to promote nerve repair, and avoid secondary cerebral infarction.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄在18岁及以上。 （2）意识清醒、对本研究知情同意，自愿参与并对本研究，能配合本研究的患者。 （3）第一次脑梗后的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients above the age of 18 . 2.Conscious, informed and willing to participate in this study, and able to cooperate with patients in this study. 3.Patients after the first cerebral infarction.

排除标准：

（1）精神障碍性疾病无法配合本研究者。 （2）拒绝参与本研究的患者或者中途退出。 （3）没有脑梗除外影响神经功能如意识、语言障碍，肢体运动功能障碍的疾病，如骨关节炎，老年痴呆，无严重心脏病。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with mental disorders cannot cooperate with this researcher. 2.Patients who refuse to participate in this study or withdraw midway. 3.Excluding diseases patient with diseases apart from brain infarction that affect neurological function such as consciousness and language disorders, limb motor dysfunction, such as osteoarthritis, Alzheimer's disease, and severe heart disease.
