本研究基于真实世界数据采用回顾性队列研究方法并结合倾向性评分，开展基于真实世界医疗数据的疗效分析研究，旨在科学、客观地评价芪胶升白胶囊在改善肿瘤相关性贫血的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

This study adopted a retrospective cohort study method based on real-world data and combined with propensity score to carry out a curative effect analysis study based on real-world medical data, aiming to scientifically and objectively evaluate the effectiveness of Qijiao Shengbai Capsule in improving tumor-associated anemia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1: 病例收集期间所有符合 《中国肿瘤化疗相关贫血诊治专家共识(2019 年版)》 肿瘤化疗相关性贫血诊断（成人外周血血红蛋白诊断贫血的范围为成年男性＜120 g/L、成年女性＜110g/L），使用芪胶升白胶囊治疗过的患者； 2: 病例收集期间与芪胶升白胶囊治疗组病例具有相同疾病（主要诊断疾病相同）及治疗特征，但未使用芪胶升白胶囊治疗过的患者，用于与治疗组进行数据配对分析。

Inclusion criteria

1: During the case collection period, all patients who met the diagnosis of tumor chemotherapy-related anemia in accordance with the "Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Anemia Associated with Chemotherapy in China (2019 Edition)" (the diagnostic range of anemia in adult peripheral blood hemoglobin is adult men <120 g/L and adult women <110g/L), and were treated with QiJiao ShengBai Capsule 2: During the case collection period, patients who had the same disease (same main diagnosis) and treatment characteristics as the QiJiao ShengBai Capsule treatment group, but were not treated with QiJiao ShengBai Capsule, were used for data matching analysis with the treatment group.

排除标准：

1: 骨髓转移或合并血液系统类疾病导致的贫血； 2: 使用其他补血功效中成药治疗过的患者； 3: 临床信息不完整。

Exclusion criteria：

1: Anemia caused by bone marrow metastasis or comorbid blood system diseases 2: Patients who have been treated with other Chinese patent medicine with blood-enriching effects 3: Incomplete clinical information.
