研究目的：

探究HFrEF患者经GDMT治疗后心功能恢复、心室逆重构的相关预测因素，基于心脏影像学参数（心肌做功，LGE-MRI，ECV）对患者进行危险分层，评估预后，指导治疗。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the predictive factors related to cardiac function recovery and ventricular inverse remodelling in patients with HFrEF treated with GDMT, to risk stratify patients based on cardiac imaging parameters (myocardial work, LGE-MRI, ECV), to assess prognosis and to guide treatment.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄≥18岁； ②依据《2022 AHA/ACC/HFSA Guideline for the Management of Heart Failure》被诊断为HFrEF； ③接受GDMT治疗。

Inclusion criteria

①Age ≥ 18 years; ②Diagnosed with HFrEF according to the 2022 AHA/ACC/HFSA Guideline for the Management of Heart Failure; ③Receiving GDMT treatment.

排除标准：

①心脏影像学资料不完整的患者 ②恶性肿瘤的患者

Exclusion criteria：

①Patients with incomplete cardiac imaging data ②Patients with malignant tumours
