研究目的：

建立前列腺癌根治术后患者登记数据库，观察肌肉减少症的存在对前列腺癌根治术后尿失禁发生的影响以及趋势变化。观察肌肉减少症的存在对前列腺癌根治术后症状评分、生活质量的影响及趋势变化。观察肌少症的存在对前列腺根治术后30天内并发症发生的影响。观察分析肌少症的存在对前列腺癌根治术后肿瘤控制的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To establish a registry database of patients after radical prostate cancer surgery, and observe the influence of sarcopenia on urinary incontinence after radical prostate cancer surgery. To observe the influence of sarcopenia on symptom score and quality of life after radical resection of prostate cancer. To observe the effect of sarcopenia on the occurrence of complications within 30 days after radical prostatectomy. To observe and analyze the effect of sarcopenia on tumor control after radical resection of prostate cancer.

纳入标准：

(1)年龄≥18周岁； (2)病理明确为前列腺腺癌且影像学检查提示局限性前列腺癌患者； (3)患者或家属可使用智能手机或平板电脑进行信息填报，能够有一定的理解能力进行量表填报； (4)统一签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age ≥18 years old; (2) Patients with prostate adenocarcinoma confirmed by pathology and localized prostate cancer indicated by imaging examination; (3) Patients or family members can use smart phones or tablet computers to fill in the information, and have certain understanding ability to fill in the scale; (4) Uniformly sign informed consent;

排除标准：

(1)合并全身其他系统恶性肿瘤患者； (2)术前存在下尿路症状或神经源性膀胱患者； (3)术前存在精神疾病患者； (4)存在影响随访的其他严重疾病，如严重的心脑血管疾病； (5)存在严重其他系统疾病导致营养状况差者； (6)无法配合的患者； (7)不愿意签署知情同意患者；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with other systemic malignancies; (2) Patients with lower urinary tract symptoms or neurogenic bladder before surgery; (3) Patients with mental illness before surgery; (4) There are other serious diseases that affect follow-up, such as serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; (5) The presence of serious other systemic diseases resulting in poor nutritional status; (6) Patients who are unable to cooperate; (7) Patients who are unwilling to sign informed consent;
