探讨早期规范凝胶摄食训练在喉癌术后吞咽障碍患者中的应用效果  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of early standardied gel feeding training in patients with dysphagia after laryngeal cancer surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①行喉癌手术治疗；②意识清楚，既往无精神障碍；③年龄18周岁以上；④病人知情同意

Inclusion criteria

①surgical treatment for laryngeal cancer;②clear awareness and no previous mental disorders;③age 18 and above;④patient informed consent

排除标准：

①全喉手术患者；②术前接受放化疗的患者；③存在认知障碍或自理缺陷；④有严重的心血管疾病、呼吸系统疾病或其他严重基础疾病患者

Exclusion criteria：

①patients undergoing total throat surgery;②patients receiving preoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy;③having cognitive impairment or self-care deficits;④patients with severe cardiovascular disease, respiratory disease or other severe underlying disease

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

采用问卷调查法进行数据的采集，在患者实施吞咽功能训练后指导患者分别填写洼田饮水试验分级量表、改良容积粘度测试量表及生活质量调查表SF-36进行数据的收集，数据采集后由团队中的两人进行登记、核对、整理与分析。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The data were collected by questionnaire, after swallowing function training, the patients were instructed to fill in the Water Swallow Tests, the Volume-Viscosity Swallow Test and the Mos 36-item Short Form Health Survey to collect data, data collection by the team of two people to register, check, collation and analysis.
