研究目的：

本研究主要采用最大摄氧量测试、血管内皮功能测试、近红外以及血液分析等手段，通过分析被试运动干预前后的血管内皮功能、近红外和血液指标，提取出反应被试任务表现的指标（如反应时、正确率、脑区活动性等），通过分析中心动脉、周围动脉的相关指标（如心率变异性、脉搏波传导速度、血流介导的血管扩张等），来研究急性高强度间歇训练与急性中等强度持续训练对健康成年的吸烟人群认知功能、血管内皮功能的影响，进一步探讨其发生改变的神经生物学机制，为运动改善大脑功能、血管内皮功能的机制研究提供理论依据。 本实验采用随机交叉对照实验，与普通随机对照试验不同的是，交叉设计的随机对照试验包含三个阶段，第一阶段中试验组和对照组的试验对象将会在第二、三阶段中交换位置，并且三个阶段之间还设计一周洗脱期用以消除上一阶段中的治疗效果，也避免患者的心理效应影响下一阶段的结果。  

Objectives of Study：

This study mainly used methods such as maximum oxygen uptake test, vascular endothelial function test, near-infrared, and blood analysis to extract indicators that reflect the performance of the subjects in the task (such as reaction time, accuracy, brain area activity, etc.) by analyzing the vascular endothelial function, near-infrared, and blood indicators before and after exercise intervention. By analyzing the central artery To investigate the effects of acute high-intensity interval training and acute moderate intensity continuous training on cognitive function and vascular endothelial function in healthy adult smokers, relevant indicators of peripheral arteries (such as heart rate variability, pulse wave conduction velocity, blood flow mediated vasodilation, etc.) were used to further explore the neurobiological mechanisms underlying these changes, providing a theoretical basis for the study of mechanisms by which exercise improves brain function and vascular endothelial function. This experiment uses a randomized cross-over controlled trial, which is different from the general randomized controlled trial, the randomized controlled trial with a cross-over design consists of three phases, in the first stage, the test subjects of the experimental group and the control group will exchange places in the second and third phases, and a one-week washout period is also designed between the three phases to eliminate the treatment effect in the previous stage, and also to avoid the psychological effect of the patient from affecting the results of the next stage.

纳入标准：

（1）18-40岁的男性； （2）经常吸烟者；（每天吸卷烟1支以上，连续或累计6个月）； （3）无规律运动习惯；（每周<3次且每次<20min或每周运动时长<75min）； （4）身体健康，无重大精神系统或身体疾病史，无重大手术治疗史； （5）愿意参加本研究，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Men aged 18-40; (2) Frequent smokers; (Smoking at least one cigarette per day for 6 consecutive or cumulative months); (3) Irregular exercise habits; (<3 times a week and<20 minutes each time or<75 minutes of exercise per week); (4) Physical health, no history of major mental or physical illnesses, no history of major surgical treatment; (5) Willing to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）有认知障碍、外周或神经损害、中风或短暂性缺血发作、癫痫、常规偏头痛或其他神经疾病史； （2）有颅外伤、体内安装起搏器、支架等金属物体者； （3）有高血压、心脏病和骨关节疾病，有过重大手术治疗史； （4）色盲。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) A history of cognitive impairment, peripheral or neurological damage, stroke or transient ischemic attack, epilepsy, routine migraine, or other neurological disorders; (2) Individuals with cranial trauma, installation of pacemakers, stents, and other metal objects inside the body; (3) Having hypertension, heart disease, and bone and joint diseases, with a history of major surgical treatment; (4) Color blindness.
