研究目的:

全膝关节置换术(Total knee arthroplasty,TKA)是一种治疗膝骨关节炎的有效疗法。传统的TKA手术基于手工完成,无法精确进行截骨、缺乏可量化的软组织平衡工具,会有15%的患者对术后效果不满意。目前随着数字骨科技术发展,越来越多的智能设备如机器人手术系统应用于TKA术。相对于传统手工TKA,机器人辅助TKA可以提高手术的精度,减少手术中可能出现的错误,改善患者的预后。但是机器人系统同样存在着较多缺陷,使用成本高、操作复杂、机器人系统占地面积大、导航仪遮挡造成术中操作不便等都制约着机器人手术的进一步临床应用。 针对这些缺陷,爱乔公司开发了可应用于TKA术中的智能导航系统,这种系统基于加速传感器和压力传感器等智能传感器搭建而成,具有便携、量化软组织动态平衡等多种创新特点,为了对比这种新型术中智能传感器辅助系统辅助下的全膝关节置换术与MAKO机器人辅助下的全膝关节置换术的准确性及临床疗效,我科拟开展此项前瞻性随机对照研究,对这种新型术中智能传感器辅助系统准确性和安全性提供临床验证。  

Objectives of Study:

Total knee arthroplasty (TKA) is an effective treatment for knee osteoarthritis. Traditional TKA surgery is based on manual completion, which cannot accurately perform osteotomy and lacks quantifiable soft tissue balance tools. As a result, 15% of patients are dissatisfied with the postoperative results. With the development of digital orthopedic technology, more and more intelligent devices such as robotic surgical systems are being applied in TKA surgery. Compared to traditional manual TKA, robot assisted TKA can improve surgical accuracy, reduce possible errors during surgery, and improve patient prognosis. However, robot systems also have many shortcomings, such as high operating costs, complex operations, large footprint of robot systems, and inconvenient intraoperative operations caused by navigation obstruction, all of which restrict the further clinical application of robot surgery. In response to these shortcomings, Aiqiao Company has developed an intelligent navigation system that can be applied in TKA surgery. This system is built based on intelligent sensors such as acceleration sensors and pressure sensors, and has various innovative features such as portability, quantitative soft tissue dynamic balance, etc, In order to compare the accuracy and clinical efficacy of this new type of intraoperative intelligent sensor assisted system for total knee arthroplasty with MAKO robot assisted total knee arthroplasty, our department plans to conduct this prospective randomized controlled study to provide clinical validation for the accuracy and safety of this new intraoperative intelligent sensor assisted system.

纳入标准:

a:年龄80岁以下 b:膝关节骨关节炎患者 c:拟近期在我院行全膝关节置换术的患者; d: 患者有自主行为能力,愿意遵从研究指导并完成要求的所有随访,并签署同意书。

Inclusion criteria

a: Under 80 years old b: Patients with knee osteoarthritis c: Patients who plan to undergo total knee replacement surgery in our hospital in the near future; d: The patient has the ability to act independently, is willing to follow the research guidance, complete all required follow-up, and sign a consent form.

排除标准:

a:外翻膝、重度屈曲挛缩畸形(屈曲挛缩角度>15°)、重度膝内翻畸形(内翻>15°); b:合并其他系统相关疾病存在手术禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria:

a: Valgus knee, severe flexion contracture deformity (flexion contracture angle>15 °), severe knee inversion deformity (inversion>15 °); b: There are surgical contraindications for merging other system related diseases.
