Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a degenerative disease of the central nervous system that occurs in old age and preold age and is characterized by progressive cognitive impairment and behavioral impairment. The clinical manifestations are memory impairment, aphasia, apraxia, agnosia, visuospatial impairment, abstract thinking and computing impairment, personality and behavior change.

观察情志疗法对阿尔茨海默病（AD）源性轻度认知障碍(MCI)的临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the clinical effect of emotional therapy on mild cognitive impairment (MCI) induced by Alzheimer's disease (AD)

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合 AD 源性 MCI 的诊断标准；；
2.（2）年龄 50-85 岁；；
3.（3） 性别不限；；
4.（4）临床痴呆评定量表为 0.5 分；；
5.（5）总体认知功能正常：MMSE 属于正常范围；；
6.（6）日常生活能力基本正常；；
7.（7）AVLT-H 回忆延迟量表评分小 于等于相应年龄组的范围下限；；
8.（8）签署知情同意书。；

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for AD-derived MCI;;
2.(2) Age 50-85 years old;;
3.(3) Gender is not limited;;
4.(4) The clinical dementia rating scale was 0.5 points;;
5.(5) Normal overall cognitive function: MMSE Falls within the normal range;;
6.(6) The ability of daily living is basically normal;;
7.(7) The AVLT-H recall delay scale score was small Is equal to the lower limit of the range for the corresponding age group;;
8.(8) Sign informed consent.;

排除标准：

1.合并心、脑、肝、肾及造血系统等严重疾病者；；
2.（2）有抑郁症、焦虑症等精神疾病史或家族史；；
3.（3）排除其他类型认知功能障碍，如血管 性痴呆、帕金森病痴呆等；；
4.（4）不能完成认知功能测定者；；
5.（5）有酗酒或精神 类药物滥用史者；；
6.（6）孕妇；；
7.（7）其他原因。；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with serious diseases of the heart, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system;;
2.(2) Have a history of mental illness such as depression or anxiety or a family history;;
3.(3) Exclude other types of cognitive dysfunction, such as blood vessels Sexual dementia, Parkinson's disease dementia, etc.;
4.(4) Those who could not complete the cognitive function measure ment;;
5.(5) There is alcohol or mental illness A history of drug abuse;;
6.(6) Pregnant women;;
7.(7) Other reasons.;
