本研究旨在通过调查西北地区麻醉医生的工作压力及职业倦怠，深度分析造成该区域麻醉医生出现职业压力增高和职业倦怠的可能原因及由此引发的不良后果，并结合当下国家政策给出对策和建议。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to investigate the job stress and burnout of anesthesiologists in Northwest China, analyze the possible causes and adverse consequences of the increased job stress and job burnout of anesthesiologists in this region, and provide countermeasures and suggestions in combination with current national policies.
