研究目的：

此研究旨在探讨硬膜外分娩镇痛和不同分娩方式对围产期寒战的影响，同时分析影响围产期寒战的其他因素以进一步探索寒战发生的机制来指导临床以减少寒战的发生。  

Objectives of Study：

we plan to investigate whether labor analgesia and caesarean section will increase the incidence and severity of shivers, the correlation between shivers and body temperature, provide data support for the incidence of postpartum chills and provide a foundation for the prevention and treatment of postpartum chills.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

进入产房的产妇，ASAI~II级，单胎，没有严重的产科合并症。

Inclusion criteria

Maternal women entering the delivery room, ASA I to II, singleton, no severe obstetric comorbidities.

排除标准：

产妇拒绝参加研究，有发热（T＞37.3℃）等感染征象者，有椎管内麻醉禁忌症。 分娩镇痛失败的，出现麻醉和手术意外的，分娩失血量大于500ml的，手术者麻醉平面低于T6的（意味着需要使用很多辅助药），剖宫产手术采用全麻或者中转全麻的。

Exclusion criteria：

In case of labor analgesia failure, anesthesia and operation accident, the blood loss of childbirth is greater than 500ml, the anesthesia plane of the operator is lower than T6 (which means that a lot of auxiliary drugs need to be used), and the cesarean section adopts general anesthesia .
