基于SEER数据库构建老年结肠癌肝、肺转移患者的预后列线图，探讨其手术生存获益。  

Objectives of Study：

To construct prognostic nomograms for elderly colon cancer patients with Liver and Lung metastasis and explore surgery benefit.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

具体选择标准如下：（1）原发灶：根据国际肿瘤疾病分类第三版（ICD-O-3）编码，C18.0（盲肠）、C18.2（升结肠）、C18.3（结肠肝曲）、C18.4（横结肠）、0.18.5（结肠脾曲）、，选择C18.9（结肠，NOS）[18]；（2） 肝和肺转移，无脑和骨转移；（3） 首次恶性原发性癌症=“是”，序列号=“仅一次原发”，记录号recode=“01”；（4） 患者年龄≥60岁；（5） 诊断年份：2010-2019年；（6） 仅选择“恶性行为”和“年龄”。

Inclusion criteria

The specific selection criteria were as follows: (1) Primary site: According to International Classification of Diseases for Oncology-Third Edition (ICD-O-3) codes, C18.0 (cecum), C18.2 (ascending colon), C18.3 (hepatic flexure of colon), C18.4 (transverse colon), C18.5 (splenic flexure of colon), C18.6 (descending colon), C18.7 (sigmoid colon), C18.8 (overlapping lesion of colon), C18.9 (colon, NOS) were selected [18]; (2) Liver and lung metastases, without brain and bone metastases; (3) First malignant primary cancer = "Yes", sequence number = "one primary only", and record number recode = "01"; (4) Patients’ age ≥ 60 years old; (5) Year of diagnosis: 2010-2019;(6)Select only "malignant behavior" and "kown age".

排除标准：

具体排除标准如下：（1）患者生存期小于1个月；（2） 患者的主要手术部位尚不清楚。

Exclusion criteria：

The specific exclusion criteria were as follows: (1) Patients’ survival was less than one month; (2) Patients’ primary site surgery was unknown.
