研究目的：

本研究是的目的是评价在患有盆腔器官脱垂（pelvic organ prolapse，POP）且适合接受子宫托治疗的女性中“患者教育”对于子宫托临床管理的价值，探索“患者教育”在子宫托治疗中对患者长期使用率、满意度、自我管理能力和焦虑状态的影响，为优化、制定子宫托临床管理流程提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of patient education in clinical management of pessary in pelvic organ prolapse (POP) women by exploring the impact of patient education on long-term usage, satisfaction, self-management and anxiety in pessary treatment, and therefore optimize and develop the clinical management process of pessary treatment.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.有症状的II、III、IV期盆腔器官脱垂；
2.有参与临床研究和随访的能力；
3.患者及家属理解本研究内容，愿意参与1年的研究，并能提供书面的知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1.Symptomatic pelvic organ prolapse of stage II~IV;
2.Ability to participate in clinical trial and follow-up;
3.The patient and family understand the study, are willing to participate in the 1-year study, and provide written informed consent;

排除标准：

1.内生殖道和/或外生殖道的感染急性期；
2.生殖道瘘；
3.疑似或未治疗的下生殖道肿瘤；
4.腹内压异常升高（如腹水、肿瘤）；
5.预期寿命小于1年；
6.认知及语言交流障碍；
7.无法观看动画（如失明）；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Acute phase of infection of the internal and/or external genital tracts;
2.Genital fistula;
3.Suspected or untreated lower genital tract tumors;
4.Abnormally elevated intra-abdominal pressure (e.g., ascites, tumors);
5.Life expectancy less than 1 year;
6.Cognitive or language communication disorders;
7.Unable to watch video (e.g., blindness);
