研究目的：

(1)相比同期双侧R3胸交感神经切除术，分期R3胸交感神经切除术手术是否能缓解多部位手汗症患者的术后代偿性出汗。(2)评估分期R3胸交感神经切除术后，手汗症患者的治疗满意度、对侧手术率。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Compared with simultaneous bilateral R3 thoracic sympathectomy, whether staged R3 thoracic sympathectomy can relieve postoperative compensatory sweating in patients with multi-site palmar hyperhidrosis. (2) To evaluate the treatment satisfaction and contralateral operation rate of patients with hand sweating after stage R3 thoracic sympathectomy.

纳入标准：

(1)具备手术意愿的多部位中重度原发性多汗症患者，具体表现为手汗症伴有双足、腋下或颜面部出汗的手汗症患者。(2)年龄15-65岁。(3)对术后代偿性出汗、术后手汗症复发了解并能接受的患者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients with multiple sites of moderate to severe primary hyperhidrosis who are willing to undergo surgery, specifically manifested as patients with hand hyperhidrosis accompanied by sweating on the feet, underarms or face. (2) Age 15-65 years old. (3) Patients who understand and accept postoperative compensatory sweating and recurrence of postoperative hand sweating.

排除标准：

(1) 近期有结核病、恶性肿瘤、甲亢等内分泌疾病或下丘脑中枢性疾病的患者。 (2) 自身免疫性血管炎、胸廓出口综合征、既往患过脓胸和肺结核等导致胸膜致密粘连者。 (3) 心电图心率<55次/分，阿托品实验阳性的严重心动过缓者。(4) 严重的器质性疾病，包括活动性感染或心血管疾病。(5) 肝肾储备功能较差或重度肝硬化，出凝血指标异常者。(6) 心肺功能储备不能耐受手术者：心功能>纽约心脏病协会（NYHA）Ⅱ级。肺功能：FEV1<1.5L, MVV<预测值50%。(7)依从性差，不能完成按计划随访者。8. 研究者认为不适合参加此项试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with recent tuberculosis, malignant tumor, hyperthyroidism and other endocrine diseases or hypothalamic central diseases. (2) Patients with autoimmune vasculitis, thoracic outlet syndrome, empyema and tuberculosis in the past caused dense adhesions of the pleura. (3) Serious bradycardia with electrocardiogram heart rate <55 beats/min and positive atropine test. (4) Severe organic disease, including active infection or cardiovascular disease. (5) Patients with poor liver and kidney reserve function or severe liver cirrhosis with abnormal blood coagulation indicators. (6) Cardiopulmonary function reserves that cannot tolerate surgery: Cardiac function > New York Heart Association (NYHA) class II. Lung function: FEV1<1.5L, MVV<50% of predicted value. (7) Those who have poor compliance and cannot complete the planned follow-up. 8. Patients considered by the investigator to be unsuitable for participating in this trial.
