探讨肺栓塞患者疾病控制、生活质量及预后影响因素。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the factors affecting disease control, quality of life and prognosis of patients with pulmonary embolism.

纳入标准：

纳入标准：①所有肺栓塞患者均是基于CT肺动脉造影（CTPA）检查，符合2018《肺血栓栓塞症诊治与预防指南》诊断标准2；②有完整的炎症和营养相关的外周血实验检查资料，另外，包括住院常规检查（如血常规、CRP、生化全套、风湿免疫、心电图，血气分析，心脏超声等）。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ① All patients with pulmonary embolism were examined based on CT pulmonary angiography (CTPA), which met the diagnostic criteria of the 2018 Guidelines for Diagnosis, Treatment and Prevention of Pulmonary Thromboembolism. (2) There are complete peripheral blood test data related to inflammation and nutrition, in addition, including routine hospitalization tests (such as blood routine, CRP, biochemical set, rheumatological immunity, electrocardiogram, blood gas analysis, cardiac ultrasound, etc.).

排除标准：

排除标准：①未经CTPA明确诊断的疑似病例、慢性肺栓塞病例；②孕产妇；③入院前有严重感染；2周内使用过免疫抑制剂或激素；④严重肝肾功能障碍；⑤入院前输血、白蛋白等血液制品；⑥存在其他导致血清白蛋白、胆固醇异常的疾病（如肾病综合征、活动性结核等）；⑦资料不全或失访。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: ① Suspected cases and chronic pulmonary embolism cases without CTPA diagnosis; ② Pregnant women; ③ Serious infection before admission; Use of immunosuppressants or hormones within 2 weeks; ④ severe liver and kidney dysfunction; ⑤ Blood products such as blood transfusion and albumin before admission; Other diseases that cause abnormal serum albumin and cholesterol (such as nephrotic syndrome, active tuberculosis, etc.); ⑦ Incomplete data or lost to follow-up.
