研究目的：

通过回顾性分析邻位 Onlay 骨移植在口腔种植牙槽骨增量中的应用，为邻位 onlay 骨移植的临床实践提供循证依据  

Objectives of Study：

The application of In Situ Onlay bone grafting in alveolar bone augmentation was retrospectively researched to provide evidence for clinical practice of In Situ onlay bone grafting technique

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）根据 Benic&Hammerl 水平向牙槽嵴骨缺损分类，符合 Class 4 和 Class 5 类型的患者，即水平向骨缺损较大或者同时伴有垂直向骨缺损，需要在种植体植入前进行分阶段块状骨移植者； 2）年满 18 周岁的成年人； 3）无未受控制的不适合种植手术的全身系统性疾病； 4）依从性好，愿意遵循复诊计划； 5）无可能影响成骨的全身疾病和局部病变。

Inclusion criteria

1) According to Benic&Hammerl classification of horizontal alveolar ridge bone defects, patients with Class 4 and Class 5 alveolar defect, that is, patients with large horizontal bone defects or accompanied by vertical bone defects, need staged massive bone grafting before implant implantation; 2) Adults over the age of 18; 3) There is no uncontrolled systemic disease that is not suitable for implant surgery; 4) Good compliance, willing to follow the return visit plan; 5) There are no systemic diseases or local lesions that can affect osteogenesis.

排除标准：

1）全身或局部的急性炎症； 2）未控制的糖尿病患者（空腹血糖≥8.88mmol/L）； 3）最近 5 年内接受放疗或化疗的患者； 4）吸烟者（超过 15 支/天）、酗酒患者； 5）不能耐受种植手术的患者； 6）长期使用免疫抑制剂或双膦酸盐类药物。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Systemic or local acute inflammation; 2) Uncontrolled diabetic patients (fasting blood glucose ≥8.88mmol/L); 3) Patients who have received radiotherapy or chemotherapy within the last 5 years; 4) Smokers (more than 15 cigarettes/day), alcoholics; 5) Patients who cannot tolerate implant surgery; 6) Long-term use of immunosuppressants or bisphosphonates.
