研究目的：

探讨不同DR分型患者房水中蛋白含量的差异，探索不同DR分型患者血液中蛋白含量的差异，以及从中找到治疗DR的新靶点。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the differences in protein content in atrial fluid in patients with different DR subtypes, to explore the differences in protein content in the blood of patients with different DR subtypes, as well as to identify new targets for the treatment of DR from them.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18；
2.就诊于我院，临床诊断为双眼老年性白内障并于我院行白内障手术的无糖尿病患者；
3.和/或临床诊断为2型糖尿病，并具有10年以上病程，在本院将行白内障手术的患者；
4.和/或临床诊断为2型糖尿病，并具有10年以上病程，眼底出现硬性渗出、棉绒斑及黄斑水肿改变，于我院行白内障或玻璃体腔注药手术的患者；
5.和/或临床诊断为2型糖尿病，且眼底出现新生血管的增殖期糖尿病性视网膜病变，在本院行玻璃体切割手术的患者；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age ≥ 18;
2.Patients without diabetes mellitus who were diagnosed with bilateral senile cataracts and underwent cataract surgery at our hospital.;
3.and/or clinically diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus with a duration of more than 10 years, who will undergo cataract surgery at our institution;
4.and/or clinically diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus with a disease duration of 10 years or more, with hard exudates, cotton-fluff spots and macular edema changes in the fundus, who underwent cataract or vitreous cavity injection surgery at our institution;
5.and/or clinically diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus with proliferative diabetic retinopathy with neovascularization of the fundus, who are undergoing vitrectomy at our institution;

排除标准：

1.既往眼部疾病史，包括角膜疾病、青光眼、泪囊炎、葡萄膜炎、眼外伤以及其他眼底疾病等；
2.既往眼部手术史；
3.严重心肺功能、肝肾功能受损以及晚期癌症的患者；
4.血压>180/110mmHg。如果使用抗高血压药物将血压维持在 180/110 mmHg以下，则个人有资格参加；
5.在过去3个月内有短暂性脑缺血发作、卒中、心肌梗死、急性充血性心力衰竭或其他需要住院治疗的急性心脏事件病史；

Exclusion criteria：

1.History of prior ocular disease, including corneal disease, glaucoma, dacryocystitis, uveitis, ocular trauma, and other fundus disorders;
2.History of previous eye surgery;
3.Patients with severe cardiopulmonary, hepatic and renal impairment and advanced cancer;
4.Blood pressure >180/110 mmHg. Individuals are eligible if their blood pressure is maintained below 180/110 mmHg with anti-hypertensive medication.;
5.History of transient ischemic attack, stroke, myocardial infarction, acute congestive heart failure, or other acute cardiac event requiring hospitalization within the past 3 months;
