研究目的：

分析不同性别人群接受结肠镜筛查后无腺瘤生存获益程度，并为今后制定个体化随访建议加强证据基础。  

Objectives of Study：

To assess whether there is a gender difference in the benefit of adenoma-free survival from colonoscopy screening and to strengthen the evidence base for the development of sex-specific follow-up recommendations in the future.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

30-75 岁门诊及住院患者；在七家协作医疗中心行结肠镜检查并有 1 次以上按推荐随访间隔进行结肠镜复查；结肠镜检查及随访均由高年资内镜医师完成；再发的息肉病理结果符合腺瘤。

Inclusion criteria

Outpatients and inpatients aged 30-75 years, colonoscopy at seven collaborating medical centers with more than 1 follow-up interval at recommended follow-up intervals, colonoscopy and follow-up by senior endoscopists, recurrent polyps consistent with adenoma.

排除标准：

个人或结肠镜检查相关信息不完整者；家族性腺瘤性息肉病者；有结直肠癌或结直肠手术史者；有炎症性肠病史者；未能完成全结肠镜检查者；前次未完成全部检出息肉切除者；肠道准备不合格者；退镜时间小于 6 分钟者；长期服用叶酸、阿司匹林等药物者。

Exclusion criteria：

Incomplete personal or colonoscopy related information, familial adenomatous polyposis, history of colorectal cancer or colorectal surgery, history of inflammatory bowel disease, failed to complete a full colonoscopy, those who did not complete all the polypectomy in the previous examination, those who failed to pass bowel preparation, withdrawal time less than 6 minutes, and those who took folic acid, aspirin and other drugs for a long time.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

通过各医院内镜检查信息系统、病理系统、门诊及住院病历系统收集肠镜报告、图片影像、病理报告和患者病史，数据收集后由两名受过培训的经验丰富的内镜医师进行数据提取，数据由组长单位负责人管理。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Colonoscopy reports, picture images, pathology reports and patient medical history were collected through the endoscopy information system, pathology system, outpatient and inpatient medical record system of each hospital, and the data were extracted by two trained and experienced endoscopists, and the data were managed by the person in charge of the team leader.
