研究目的：

本研究旨在通过单因素及多因素逻辑回归分析联合LASSO回归的方法，筛选老年围术期认知功能障碍（PND）围术期独立危险因素，并基于此构建几种老年患者认知功能障碍风险预测模型及诺模图，并对模型的预测效能进行评价。最优模型及诺模图的建立，可以辅助麻醉医生早期迅速识别高危患者，更好地了解和干预这一并发症的发生，提高麻醉医生临床决策能力，改善患者预后及生活质量，提高患者整体满意度。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to investigate the perioperative independent risk factors for perioperative cognitive dysfunction (PND) in elderly patients using single and multifactorial logistic regression analyses combined with LASSO regression, and to construct several predictive models and nomograms of cognitive dysfunction in elderly patients based on these, and to evaluate the predictive efficacy of the models. The establishment of optimal models and nomograms may help anaesthesiologists to rapidly identify patients at risk at an early stage, to better understand and intervene in the occurrence of this complication, to improve the clinical decision-making ability of anaesthesiologists, to improve the prognosis and quality of life of patients, and to increase the overall satisfaction of patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

≥65岁； ASA分级I-III级； 椎管内麻醉下进行择期髋关节置换手术； 可获得患者或患者的法律的代表书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

≥65 years; ASA classification I-III; Elective hip replacement surgery under intrathecal anaesthesia; Written informed consent can be obtained from the patient or a representative of the patient's law.

排除标准：

术前MMSE评分＜24分； 心脏、颈动脉或颅内手术瘤等； 患有严重听力和视力障碍以及因各种原因无法交流的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Preoperative MMSE score <24; heart, carotid artery or intracranial surgical aneurysm, etc.; Patients with severe hearing and visual impairments and those who are unable to communicate for various reasons.
