研究目的：

本研究观察基于临床和基于循证证据的吸氧方式对患者临床预后、生存质量、患者偏好等影响，以期为临床增加氧疗获益，减少氧疗并发症，增加患者舒适度和满意度提供参考。研究为混合性研究，分为三个部分。第一部分，搜索循证证据, 建立规范化的吸氧流程。第二部分，基于临床大数据，关注临床氧疗的真实情况。第三部分，开展队列研究，探索基于临床和循证的最佳氧疗实践。  

Objectives of Study：

This study observes the effects of clinical and evidence-based oxygen inhalation methods on patient clinical prognosis, quality of life, patient preferences, etc., in order to provide reference for increasing the benefits of oxygen therapy, reducing complications of oxygen therapy, and increasing patient comfort and satisfaction in clinical practice. The study is a mixed study, divided into three parts. The first part is to search for evidence-based evidence and establish a standardized oxygen inhalation process. The second part, based on clinical big data, focuses on the real situation of clinical oxygen therapy. The third part is to conduct cohort studies to explore the best oxygen therapy practices based on clinical and evidence-based approaches.

纳入标准：

（1）18-55岁；（2）无重大心肺方面疾病；（3）自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) 18-55 years old; (2) No major cardiovascular or pulmonary diseases; (3) Voluntarily participate in this study.

排除标准：

无需氧气治疗
