研究目的：

1.主要目的：通过超声测量视神经鞘直径量化评估不同麻醉治疗策略对动脉瘤栓塞术后拔管期颅内压的影响。 2.次要目的：发掘超声测量视神经鞘直径在围术期其他领域的应用。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main Objective: To quantitatively evaluate the influence of different anesthesia treatment strategies on intracranial pressure during extubation after aneurysm embolization by measuring optic nerve sheath diameter with ultrasound. 2. Secondary objective: To explore the application of ultrasonic measurement of optic nerve sheath diameter in other perioperative areas.

纳入标准：

20-80岁，ASA评分Ⅱ-Ⅲ级,体重指数18-30 kg/m2

Inclusion criteria

20-80 years old, ASA score Ⅱ-Ⅲ, BMI 18-30 kg/m2

排除标准：

有眼部疾病病史，眼内压高者；生命体征不稳者；非计划拔管者；插管困难者

Exclusion criteria：

Have a history of eye disease, high intraocular pressure; Those with unstable vital signs; Unplanned extubation; intubator
