研究目的：

探究青海地区不同民族的育龄期妇女的阴道微生态特征，观察这些女性阴道微生态中是否存在差异性表现。寻找差异性菌群和代谢产物，为少数民族妇女的生殖健康提供新的诊治依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Explore the vaginal microbiota characteristics of women of childbearing age from different ethnic groups in Qinghai region, and observe whether there are differences in the vaginal microbiota of these women. Search for differential microbiota and metabolites to provide new diagnostic and therapeutic evidence for the reproductive health of ethnic minority women.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄在18~50岁； （2）自愿参与并签署知情同意书； （3）月经规律、周期正常； （4）3日内未服用口服避孕药及抗生素类药物； （5）48h内未进行阴道冲洗、使用阴塞药物、发生性行为； （6）阴道分泌物经直接镜检阴道清洁度级Ⅰ~Ⅱ级,无菌丝或假菌丝或芽生孢子，线索细胞比例低于20%，视野内无滴虫； （7）直系亲属均为同民族。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age range from 18 to 50 years old; (2) Voluntarily participate and sign an informed consent form; (3) Normal menstrual patterns and cycles; (4) Not taking oral contraceptives or antibiotics within 3 days; (5) Failure to undergo vaginal flushing, use of vaginal tamponade medication, or engage in sexual activity within 48 hours; (6) The vaginal secretions were directly examined for vaginal cleanliness levels I to II, with no hyphae, pseudohyphae, or budding spores. The proportion of clue cells was less than 20%, and there were no trichomonas in the field of vision; (7) All immediate relatives are of the same ethnic group.

排除标准：

（1）伴有严重的心、肝、肾功能不全及其他严重身体疾病者； （2）处于月经期、妊娠期妇女； （3）合并子宫肌瘤、子宫内膜异位症、多囊卵巢综合征等妇科疾病； （4）有LEEP手术、宫颈锥切术、微波、冷冻等宫颈物理治疗史，有全子宫切除手术史等； (5) 诊断明确的各类女性生殖道感染。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Individuals with severe heart, liver, kidney dysfunction, and other serious physical illnesses; (2) Women during menstruation or pregnancy; (3) Concomitant gynecological diseases such as uterine fibroids, endometriosis, and polycystic ovary syndrome; (4) Have a history of LEEP surgery, cervical conization, microwave, cryotherapy, and other cervical physical therapy, as well as a history of total hysterectomy surgery, etc; (5) Various types of female reproductive tract infections with clear diagnosis.

With the informed consent of the patient, two sterile cotton swabs were used to scrape an appropriate amount of vaginal discharge at the posterior vaginal vault during gynecological examination and routine examination of vaginal discharge, and immediately stored in liquid nitrogen at -186°C after sampling, and then transferred to -80°C refrigerator within 4 hours for storage for subsequent microbial DNA extraction, high-throughput sequencing and non-targeted metabolomics sequencing.
