研究目的：

1）探索动态血糖监测系统（CGMS）及危重症患者中的临床应用前景； 2）评估危重症患者血糖波动参数与预后的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

This study evaluated the clinical utility of continuous glucose monitoring system (CGMS) and assessed the relationship between glycemic variability and outcome in critically ill patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）18岁≤年龄≤85岁，性别不限； （2）18kg/m2≤BMI≤30kg/m2； （3）因危重症疾病入住重症医学科的患者； （4）患者或家属对本次试验充分了解，自愿参加本次临床研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1)18 years old ≤ Age ≤ 85 years old, gender unlimited; (2)18kg/m2≤BMI≤30kg/m2; (3)patients admitted in ICU due to critical illness; (4)The patient or family member fully understands this trial, voluntarily participates in this clinical study, and signs an informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）糖尿病酮症酸中毒未纠正患者； （2）严重微循环障碍患者； （3）妊娠期妇女; （4）临床资料不完整。

Exclusion criteria：

(1)patients with uncorrected diabetic ketoacidosis; (2)severe circulatory disturbance ; (3) pregnant; (4) Incomplete clinical data.
