研究目的:

1.探讨枸橼酸局部抗凝下CRRT治疗患者体外循环管路发生凝血的影响因素,为构建模型提供理论依据。 2.综合多维度危险因素建立枸橼酸局部抗凝下CRRT体外循环管路凝血的早期预警模型,并验证评价该模型预测的精确性,实现枸橼酸局部抗凝下CRRT体外循环管路凝血风险的精准预测。  

Objectives of Study:

Discuss the factors influencing clotting in the extracorporeal circuit of continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) patients under regional citrate anticoagulation to provide a theoretical basis for building the model. Develop an early warning model for clotting in the extracorporeal circuit of CRRT under regional citrate anticoagulation, integrating multidimensional risk factors, and validate and evaluate the accuracy of the model's predictions to achieve precise prediction of clotting risk in CRRT extracorporeal circuits under regional citrate anticoagulation.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.入住 ICU 时间> 24 小时;
2.年龄>18 岁;
3.枸橼酸局部抗凝下行CRRT治疗;

Inclusion criteria

1.ICU stay duration > 24 hours;
2.Age > 18 years old.;
3.Citrate-based regional anticoagulation for continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT).;

排除标准:

1.数据资料不全的患者;
2.CRRT联合ECOM治疗的患者;
3.因非凝血因素导致CRRT下机的患者(如导管因素、放弃治疗、自行出院);

Exclusion criteria:

1.Patients with incomplete data.;
2.Patients treated with combined Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) and Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO);
3.Patients who undergo discontinuation of CRRT due to non-coagulation factors (such as catheter-related issues, treatment abandonment, self-discharge);
