研究目的：

描述本中心cGVHD患者的症状负担和生活质量的总体评估结果及不同严重程度间患者的差异性（主要研究目的）；分析影响QoL的潜在基线解释变量；进而指导cGVHD患者的优化管理和靶向器官的精准治疗；为后续开发中国患者的特异性评估工具和计算常模奠定基础。  

Objectives of Study：

To describe the overall assessment results of symptom burden and quality of life in cGVHD patients at our center and the differences among patients with different severity (main purpose of the study); Analysis of potential baseline explanatory variables affecting QoL; To guide the optimal management of cGVHD patients and the precise treatment of targeted organs; This will lay the foundation for the subsequent development of Chinese patient-specific assessment tools and calculation norms.

纳入标准：

①年龄≥16岁，具有文字读写和理解能力；②接受门诊医生提供的cGVHD诊断和治疗；③自我报告活跃的cGVHD；④自愿参与本研究

Inclusion criteria

① ≥16 years old, with writing, reading and understanding skills; ② Receive cGVHD diagnosis and treatment from outpatient doctors; ③ Self-reported active cGVHD; 4. Volunteer to participate in the study

排除标准：

①移植前有精神疾病史、经历严重生活事件或失眠史；②移植后发生感染、肿瘤复发等并发症；③移植前有严重基础疾病如糖尿病、艾滋病、非血液系统恶性肿瘤等

Exclusion criteria：

A history of mental illness, serious life events, or insomnia before transplantation; Complications such as infection and tumor recurrence occurred after transplantation; ③ There were serious underlying diseases such as diabetes, AIDS, and non-hematological malignancies before transplantation
