研究目的：

本研究在肌骨超声的影像学检查数据中筛选卒中后肩痛诊断及疗效评估中的生物学标志物，可以拓宽肌骨超声在卒中后肩痛人群中的应用范围，帮助医疗决策者提供及时、准确地诊断依据，制定个性化的康复方案。基于肌骨超声的影像学标志物具有非侵入性、直观、可量化的特点，可以进一步推动卒中后肩痛的早期干预和精准治疗，进而提高患者的生活质量，为康复医学领域的发展贡献重要信息。  

Objectives of Study：

This study screened biological biomarkers for the diagnosis and efficacy evaluation of shoulder pain after stroke in the imaging data of musculoskeletal ultrasound, which can broaden the application scope of musculoskeletal ultrasound in the population of shoulder pain after stroke, help medical decision-makers provide timely and accurate diagnostic basis, and develop personalized rehabilitation plans. The imaging biomarkers based on muscle bone ultrasound have non-invasive, intuitive, and quantifiable characteristics, which can further promote early intervention and precise treatment of shoulder pain after stroke, thereby improving the quality of life of patients and contributing important information to the development of rehabilitation medicine.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.初次发病，经颅脑 CT或 MRI排除其他脑血管疾病且符合《中国各类主要脑血管病诊断要点2019》脑卒中的相关诊断标准。；
2.(2)年龄≥18岁，病程≤3个月。；
3.(3)无明显交流及理解障碍，能进行正常的沟通，配合完成实验。；
4.(4)生命体征稳定，能配合检查。；

Inclusion criteria

1. First onset, excluding other cerebrovascular diseases through cranial CT or MRI, and meeting the relevant diagnostic criteria for stroke in the 2019 Diagnosis Points for Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China.;
2.(2) Age ≥ 18 years old, disease course ≤ 3 months.;
3.(3) No obvious communication or understanding barriers, able to communicate normally and cooperate in completing experiments.;
4.(4) Stable vital signs, able to cooperate with examinations.;

排除标准：

1.既往有肩关节手术史、肩周炎、肩袖损伤史、肩关节外伤史等骨骼肌肉系统或其他系统疾患导致肩关节运动功能已有受限的患者。；
2.(2)存在严重脏器功能障碍，如心肌梗死、呼吸衰竭、终末期肾病、重症肝炎、恶性肿瘤等导致不能预期完成试验的疾病。；
3.(3)被诊断为精神疾病或情绪不稳定，或认知受损或其他疾病导致不能配合数据收集者。；
4.(4)拒绝签署知情同意书者。；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with a history of shoulder joint surgery, shoulder periarthritis, rotator cuff injury, shoulder joint trauma, and other skeletal muscle or other system diseases that have limited shoulder joint movement function.;
2.(2) Serious organ dysfunction, such as myocardial infarction, respiratory failure, end-stage renal disease, severe hepatitis, malignant tumors, etc., can lead to diseases that cannot complete the experiment as expected.;
3.(3) Diagnosed with mental illness or emotional instability, or with cognitive impairment or other illnesses that prevent collaboration with data collectors.;
4.(4) Refusal to sign informed consent form.;

The AUC value of the area under the curve of the ROC curve and its 95% confidence interval were calculated, and a calibration curve was drawn.
