Objectives of Study：

The study of component two aims to investigate the effectiveness of two mind-body interventions - yoga, and arts-based approaches in improving the psycho-social-spiritual well-being among PD patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

Adults who are 1) diagnosed with idiopathic, mild-to-advance PD as indicated by Hoehn and Yahr Scale Stage I to IV (those with unilateral/bilateral symptoms, with/without postural instability who are able to walk at least 3 meters or stand unassisted); 2) aged 18 or above; 3) able to give written informed consent; 4) able to access to the internet and smartphone/ tablet/ laptop will be included; 5) able to comprehend Chinese will be included.

排除标准：

Exclusion criteria：

The exclusion criteria are state as follows: 1) participants have significant cognitive impairment as indicated by the Abbreviated Mental Test lower than 6 significant; 2) participants have been regularly engaged in regular instructor-led mind-body exercise (e.g., Taichi) or arts-based therapies (>2 times per week) in the past 3 months ; 3) currently participating in any other behavioral or pharmacological trial; 4) participants have other contraindication(s) that may limit their full participation (e.g. severe hearing or vision impairment, etc.).

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Following the method of permuted block, participants will be randomly assigned into one of the two groups on a 1:1 ratio after completing baseline assessment. The random block size is 4 and 8. The allocation list will be computer-generated by an independent researcher who is not involved in the assessment. The same researcher will be responsible for informing the result to the participants. All outcome assessors will be blinded to subject allocation.

Due to the nature of this trial, neither the staff, participants nor care provider can be masked to allocation. The data analyst will be blinded after study completion by having the intervention group information coded. All outcome assessors will be blinded to subject allocation.
