研究目的：

①通过分析睡眠质量差和睡眠质量好志愿者在感染前后的生理生化及免疫应答差异，揭示睡眠对免疫系统的影响机制。 ②探索免疫标志物和全基因组关联研究、代谢组学的感染应答变化及涉及的相关通路。 ③基于整合流行病学和生物信息的分析方法建立模型。  

Objectives of Study：

① The physiological, biochemical and immune responses of poor sleep quality and good sleep quality volunteers before and after infection were analyzed to reveal the influence mechanism of sleep on the immune system. ②Explore immune markers and genome-wide association studies, metabolomics changes in infection response and related pathways involved. ③ The model was established based on the analysis method of integrated epidemiological and biological information.

纳入标准：

①确认研究对象为在校大学生； ②无精神疾病； ③无遗传性疾病； ④无免疫系统疾病及其他免疫功能相关的疾病。

Inclusion criteria

① Confirm that the research objects are college students; ② No mental illness; ③ No genetic disease; ④ No immune system diseases or other diseases related to immune function.

排除标准：

①非在校大学生； ②存在精神类疾病； ③有先天性遗传性疾病； ④患有免疫系统疾病及其他免疫功能异常。

Exclusion criteria：

① Non-college students; ② There are mental diseases; ③ Have congenital genetic diseases; ④ Suffering from immune system diseases and other immune function abnormalities.
