研究目的:

肾积水患病率高,病因多样,病情严重程度轻重不一,长期的肾积水可导致肾功能受损。肾积水治疗旨在降低肾盂内压力,保护肾功能。通过手术减轻积水是有效手段,但手术时机难以确定,手术效果个体差异大。获得准确的肾功能评估、肾积水体积、肾盂内压及上尿路流体动力学信息对手术指征把握及手术疗效预测有较大的价值。既往积水体积以肉眼估计或手动测量为主,误差大,肾功能以SPECT肾显像及血肌酐、eGFR为主,灵敏度低,输尿管蠕动等上尿路动力学情况难以评估。随着影像学技术发展,通过影像组学、动态核磁等有望实现上尿路动力学无创评估。  

Objectives of Study:

The incidence of hydronephrosis is high, with various causes and varying degrees of severity. Long term hydronephrosis can lead to impaired renal function. The treatment of hydronephrosis aims to reduce intrarenal pressure and protect renal function. Reducing hydrocephalus through surgery is an effective method, but the timing of surgery is difficult to determine, and the surgical effect varies greatly among individuals. Obtaining accurate renal function assessment, hydronephrosis volume, renal pelvis pressure, and upper urinary tract fluid dynamics information is of great value for grasping surgical indications and predicting surgical efficacy. In the past, the volume of hydronephrosis was mainly estimated by the naked eye or manually measured, with large errors. Renal function was mainly assessed by SPECT renal imaging, blood creatinine, and eGFR, with low sensitivity. It was difficult to evaluate upper urinary tract dynamics such as ureteral peristalsis. With the development of imaging technology, non-invasive evaluation of upper urinary tract dynamics is expected to be achieved through imaging omics, dynamic magnetic resonance imaging, and other methods.

纳入标准:

四川大学华西医院泌尿外科自本研究开始起,通过超声、CT等检查确诊为上尿路梗阻、肾积水的患者,自愿参与本研究者

Inclusion criteria

Since the beginning of this study, patients diagnosed with upper urinary tract obstruction and hydronephrosis through ultrasound, CT, and other examinations in the Department of Urology at West China Hospital of Sichuan University have voluntarily participated in this study

排除标准:

1)排除其他上尿路畸形在内的并发症导致的肾脏积水,如多囊肾、膀胱输尿管反流等; 2)MRI图像存在严重伪影或信噪比低等各种原因。

Exclusion criteria:

1) Excluding complications such as polycystic kidney disease and bladder ureteral reflux caused by complications such as upper urinary tract malformations; 2) MRI images have various reasons such as severe artifacts or low signal-to-noise ratio;
