研究目的：

本研究的目的是评估阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征（Obstructve Sleep Apnea Syndrom,OSAS）病人进行肠镜手术时置入口咽或鼻咽通气道时进行微旁流呼吸末二氧化碳监测对术中生命体征、术后并发症以及手术结果的影响。通过对这些方面进行综合分析，为 OSAS患者在肠镜手术的麻醉管理提供更为客观的数据支持，减少并发症的发生，提高手术安全性和成功率，患者的就医体验。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of microparasite end-expiratory carbon dioxide monitoring during placement of an oropharyngeal or nasopharyngeal airway during enteroscopic surgery in patients with Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome (OSAS) on intra-operative vital signs, postoperative complications, and surgical outcomes. By comprehensively analyzing these aspects, we can provide more objective data support for the anesthesia management of OSAS patients during enteroscopic surgery, reduce the occurrence of complications, improve the safety and success of surgery, and improve the patient's medical experience.

纳入标准：

1. 确认患者已经被诊断为阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征（OSAS），通常根据多导睡眠监 测或简化睡眠监测的诊断标准进行确认。 2. 肠镜手术适应症： 患者需要接受肠镜手术，并且手术具有明确的医学必要性。 3. 患者的 OSAS 病情相对稳定，没有明显的急性加重或严重并发症。 4. 年龄范围：18-60 岁。 5. 无其它内外科疾病，ASA 分级 I-II 级。

Inclusion criteria

1. Confirm that the patient has been diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS), usually based on the diagnostic criteria of polysomnography or simplified sleep monitoring. The diagnostic criteria are usually based on polysomnography or simplified sleep monitoring. 2. Indication for colonoscopy: the patient requires colonoscopy and there is a clear medical necessity for the procedure. 3. the patient's OSAS is relatively stable, with no significant acute exacerbations or serious complications. 4. 4. Age range: 18-60 years old. 5. 5. no other medical or surgical diseases, ASA grade I-II.

排除标准：

1.无呼吸睡眠暂停综合征 2.无肠镜手术适应症 3.年龄小于18岁，大于65岁 4.有严重的内外科疾病
