研究目的:

1、主要研究目的: 采用神经影像遗传学的技术来分析ASD的发病机制,为研究ASD高级功能、损害的神经机制和遗传机制提供重要线索。也助于ASD的客观生物学分类、明确遗传变异导致的神经机制、发现通路特异性影像评估指标吉生物标志物的开发,实现ASD的早期诊断。 2、次要研究目的: 通过应用行为分析疗法对ASD儿童进行训练,探索其形成疗效的机制。对比前后其神经影像方面的差别,寻求其变化点。制订个体化的治疗方案、指导治疗新手段的研发,也有助于新一代疾病动物模型的设计。  

Objectives of Study:

1. Main research purposes: Using neuroimaging genetics technology to analyze the pathogenesis of ASD provides important clues for studying the advanced functions of ASD, the neural mechanisms of damage, and the genetic mechanisms. It also helps to objectively classify ASD, clarify the neural mechanisms caused by genetic variations, discover pathway-specific imaging assessment indicators, and develop biomarkers to achieve early diagnosis of ASD. 2. Secondary research purpose: Train children with ASD through the application of behavior analysis therapy and explore the mechanism of its therapeutic effect. Compare the differences in neuroimaging before and after and look for the changing points. Developing individualized treatment plans, guiding the development of new treatment methods, and also contributing to the design of a new generation of disease animal models.

纳入标准:

1、所有入组ASD儿童均由具有资质的儿童康复医生通过临床观察评估,并以“精神障碍诊断和统计手册”(DSM-V)为诊断标准予以确诊; 2、儿童ASD评定量表(Childhood Autism Rating Scale,CARS)≥30; 3、年龄范围 2-5 岁; 4、首次就诊,未做过康复治疗。

Inclusion criteria

1.All children with ASD enrolled in the group will be evaluated through clinical observation by qualified pediatric rehabilitation doctors, and diagnosed based on the "Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders" (DSM-V) as the diagnostic criteria; 2. Childhood ASD Rating Scale (CARS) ≥ 30; 3. Age range 2-5 years old; 4. First visit, no rehabilitation treatment.

排除标准:

1、其他发育障碍或精神疾病的病史,如Rett综合征,脑瘫,癫痫及其他先天性或遗传性疾病; 2、近期感染病史; 3、明显颅脑外伤史及其他神经系统功能疾病; 4、监护人不同意参加本研究的。

Exclusion criteria:

1.History of other developmental disorders or mental illnesses, such as Rett syndrome, cerebral palsy, epilepsy and other congenital or genetic diseases; 2.Recent history of infection; 3.Obvious history of craniocerebral trauma and other neurological diseases; 4.The guardian does not agree to participate in this study.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

The research team designed the CRF form (the CRF form follows international clinical trial standards) to ensure that it contains all necessary data fields, such as basic patient information, medical history, examination and test results, etc. This information is collected by clinical staff when children visit the hospital and is updated at each follow-up visit. The collected data is then entered into the intranet system. This step requires data entry personnel to have appropriate training to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the data. Data management plan: Develop a detailed data management plan, including data collection, entry, review, storage and backup processes. The plan should clearly define the responsibilities and timelines of each stage. Ensure data collection and management processes comply with all laws, regulations and industry standards. Through such collection processes and management plans, the research team can ensure the quality and reliability of data and provide a solid data foundation for clinical research.
