To evaluate the effects of transthoracic echocardiography in screening TAAD among STEMI patients

① 年龄>18岁；② STEMI患者；③ A型主动脉夹层患者

Inclusion criteria

① age>18 years old; ② STMEI patients ;③ Type A aortic dissection

排除标准：

① 无心电图记录；② 无心超记录； ③ 无主动脉影像学记录； ④ B型主动脉夹层；⑤ NSTEMI患者；

Exclusion criteria：

① no records of ECG; ② no records of echocardiography; ③ no imaging records of aorta; ④ type B aortic dissection; ⑤ NSTEMI patients
