跑步作为一种常见的运动方式,因其简便易行而受到广泛欢迎。然而,缺乏专业指导和科学训练可能导致运动损伤的风险增加,特别是对于长期参与、缺乏科学性训练的业余跑者而言。研究表明,在跑步过程中,平衡和柔韧性的降低是造成损伤的重要影响因素。最新研究发现振动泡沫轴(Vibration Foam Roller,VFR)在提高平衡和柔韧性方面具有潜在益处,然而,目前尚未确定最优振动频率。为填补这一研究空白,本研究旨在深入探讨不同频率振动泡沫轴对业余跑步爱好者下肢柔韧性和平衡能力的影响,这将有助于加深我们对振动泡沫轴在运动康复和训练中的应用理解,为业余跑者提供更为专业、科学的运动建议,从而减少运动损伤风险,提升跑步表现。  

Objectives of Study:

Running, as a common form of exercise, is widely popular because of its simplicity and ease of use. However, the lack of professional guidance and scientific training may lead to an increased risk of sports injuries, especially for amateur runners who have participated for a long time and lack scientific training. Research has shown that reduced balance and flexibility are important influences on injury during running. Recent research has identified potential benefits of the Vibration Foam Roller (VFR) in improving balance and flexibility, however, the optimal vibration frequency has not yet been determined. To fill this research gap, this study aims to investigate the effects of different frequencies of VFR on lower limb flexibility and balance in amateur runners, which will help deepen our understanding of the application of VFR in sports rehabilitation and training, and provide more professional and scientific exercise advice to amateur runners, so as to reduce the risk of sports injuries and improve running performance.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

(1)年龄在18~54岁之间; (2)受试者均至少满足以下条件中的一条: a.参加过国内外马拉松协会认证的马拉松相关赛事但比赛成绩和职业选手没有可比性的跑者; b.过去 3 月内每周进行至少一次3KM 以上的跑步训练或比赛; c.在过去一年内至少参加过 2次以上的跑步相关比赛; d.跑步为其最主要的体育锻炼方式; (3)参加实验前没有严重的下肢的损伤史或手术史; (4)受试者被要求在实验测量前 24 小时避免任何大强度的训练或运动,并在测试前 3 天避免泡沫滚动; (5)自愿且签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) The age was between 18 and 54 years old; (2) Subjects all meet at least one of the following conditions: a. Runners who have participated in marathon-related races certified by domestic and foreign marathon associations but whose race results are not comparable to those of professional runners; b. Running training or competition of more than 3KM at least once a week in the past 3 months; c. Participated in at least 2 running-related races in the past year; d. Running is their main form of physical activity; (3) No history of serious lower extremity injury or surgery prior to participation; (4) Subjects were asked to avoid any intense training or exercise 24 hours prior to the experimental measurements and to avoid foam rolling for 3 days prior to the test; (5) Voluntary and signed informed consent.

排除标准:

(1)下肢外伤史; (2)下肢手术史; (3)体内有安装心脏支架或起搏器等金属植入物; (4)服用抗抑郁药、抗精神类药物、兴奋大脑皮层的药物或任何影响平衡的药物或疾病的患者。

Exclusion criteria:

(1) History of lower extremity trauma; (2) History of lower extremity surgery; (3) Metal implants such as cardiac stents or pacemakers installed in the body; (4) Patients taking antidepressants, antipsychotics, drugs that stimulate the cerebral cortex, or any drug or disease that affects balance.

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method):

The experiment was randomized using Excel software to ensure unbiased and random grouping. Each subject was given a unique identifier and then assigned to a different experimental group based on the order in which the random numbers were generated. The process of random grouping was completed by an independent third party prior to the start of the study by generating random numbers in Excel to eliminate human influence on grouping. This method was designed to eliminate the influence of human factors on grouping and to ensure that the experimental groups had uniformly distributed initial trial characteristics at the start of the study, which improved the reliability and comparability of the experimental results.

盲法:

本研究采用双盲设计。本实验包含三组人员,暨研究设计者、评价指标测试者(兼任数据统计分析员)以及研究对象。为了降低偏倚风险,评价指标测试者及各组研究对象均不知道分组情况,只有研究设计者知晓分组情况。在实验过程中,研究设计者不得透露提示分组的任何信息,保证受试者处于全盲状态。盲法程序将一直运行,直到数据被锁定。

Blinding:

This study utilized a double-blind design. The experiment included three groups of people, cum study designer, evaluation indicator tester (who also served as a statistical analyst of data), and study subjects. In order to reduce the risk of bias, neither the evaluative indicator tester nor the study subjects in each group were aware of the grouping, and only the study designer was aware of the grouping. During the experiment, the study designer must not disclose any information that suggests grouping, and subjects are guaranteed to be fully blinded. The blinding procedure will run until the data are locked.
