研究目的：

泌尿系肿瘤和复发性泌尿系结石是一类常发生染色体畸变的疾病。在这里，我们研究了一种低成本、低覆盖率的全基因组测序技术在检测所有染色体畸变中的应用。该研究的开展一方面有助于泌尿系肿瘤和复发性泌尿系结石的诊疗指导，另一方面可以借此构建我国泌尿系肿瘤和复发性泌尿系结石人群的基因图谱。  

Objectives of Study：

Urinary neoplasms and recurrent urinary calculi are common chromosomal aberrations. Here, we investigate the application of a low-cost, low-coverage whole-genome sequencing technique to detect all chromosome aberrations. On the one hand, this study is helpful for the diagnosis and treatment of urinary tumors and recurrent urinary calculi, and on the other hand, it can be used to construct the gene map of urinary tumors and recurrent urinary calculi population in China.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 疑似泌尿系肿瘤（包括肾癌、前列腺癌，上尿路上皮癌，膀胱癌）的患者，包括血尿和/或疑似占位； 2. 疑似复发性复杂上尿路结石患者：①双侧肾结石且结石分布≥2个肾盏；②单侧高负荷多发肾结石（如鹿角性结石），结石分布≥2个肾盏，且术后结石成分分析排除感染性结石；③多次复发结石患者，结石复发次数≥3次； 3. 快速复发结石患者，结石取净后两年内复发； 4. 早期发病成人肾结石患者（发病年龄18-25岁）。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with suspected urological tumors (including kidney cancer, prostate cancer, upper urothelial cancer, bladder cancer), including hematuria and/or suspected space occupation; 2. Patients with suspected recurrent complex upper urinary tract calculi: (1) bilateral renal calculi with ≥2 calices; (2) Unilateral high-load multiple kidney stones (such as staghorn stones), stone distribution ≥2 calices, and postoperative stone composition analysis excluded infectious stones; ③ In patients with multiple recurrence of stones, the number of recurrence of stones was ≥3 times; 3. Patients with rapid recurrence of stones recurred within two years after removal of stones. 4. Early onset adult patients with kidney stones (age of onset 18-25 years).

排除标准：

1: 年龄在18岁以下 2: 不愿签署同意书或不愿提供晨尿检测或不愿提供病历，不愿参加本试验的个体 3: 已经有留置导尿管的个体
