研究目的：

本研究的主要目的时将噬血患者作为研究对象，并分为两组：一组初次就诊临床上神经/精神症状阳性、CSF和MRI阴性的CNS-HLH患儿，通过随访评价神经精神功能评分和MRI检查，明确是否存在真实脑损伤；另一组初次就诊MRI/CSF阳性的CNS-HLH患儿，通过深入的多模态MRI研究和随访观察，明确CNS受累的严重程度及治疗效果评价。  

Objectives of Study：

The main objective of this study was to divide patients with bloodthirsty patients into two groups: a group of CNS-HLH children with positive clinically neurological/psychiatric symptoms and negative CSF and MRI at the first visit, and to evaluate neuropsychiatric function scores and MRI examinations through follow-up to determine whether there is true brain injury; Another group of children with CNS-HLH who were positive for MRI/CSF for the first time were determined by in-depth multimodal MRI studies and follow-up observation to determine the severity of CNS involvement and the evaluation of treatment effect.

纳入标准：

（1）按中华医学会2018指南诊断为CNS-HLH的患儿 （2）CNS-HLH患儿治疗方案为HLH-04方案。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Children diagnosed with CNS-HLH according to the 2018 guidelines of the Chinese Medical Association (2) The treatment plan for children with CNS-HLH is HLH-04 program.

排除标准：

（1）合并其他疾病（除HLH以外）患儿或发生此次疾病（HLH）前已经确诊头颅MRI异常； （2）镇静失败、一般情况差、图像噪声伪影较大，最后诊断不清的患儿； （3）无自主意识、依从性差以及处于心电监护状态患儿。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Children with other diseases (other than HLH) or confirmed head MRI abnormalities before the occurrence of this disease (HLH); (2) Children with failed sedation, poor general condition, large image noise artifacts, and unclear final diagnosis; (3) Children with no sense of autonomy, poor compliance, and in the state of ECG monitoring.
