右美托咪定减轻腹腔镜肝癌切除术患者肠道功能抑制  

Objectives of Study：

Dexmedetomidine reduces intestinal function inhibition in patients undergoing laparoscopic hepatocellular carcinoma resection

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1） 年龄18岁~65岁。 （2） B超、肝脏硬度测定（liver stiffness measurement, LSM）或CT等影像学检查提示肝硬化。 （3） Child-Pugh 分级A级。 （4） 肝脏肿瘤最大直径≤5cm （5）行腹腔镜手术的患者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age 18 ~65 years old. (2) B-ultrasound, liver stiffness measurement (LSM), CT and other imaging tests suggested cirrhosis. (3) Child-Pugh grade A. (4) The maximum diameter of liver tumor is less than 5cm (5) Patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery.

排除标准：

（1）年龄＜18岁或＞65岁。 （2）开腹手术或中转开腹手术。 （3）Child-Pugh 分级B或C级。 （4）合并严重的慢性肺功能不全、肾功不全等疾病。 （5）严重感染，如脓毒血症等。 （6）合并严重的心脑血管疾病，如脑卒中病史、心梗病史等。 （7）不签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Age < 18 years or > 65 years. (2) Laparotomy or conversion to laparotomy. (3) Child-Pugh grade B or C. (4) Combined with serious chronic pulmonary insufficiency, renal insufficiency and other diseases. (5) Serious infection, such as sepsis. (6) Complicated with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, such as stroke history, myocardial infarction history, etc. (7) Do not sign informed consent.
