研究目的：

构建并应用基于行为改变轮理论的2型糖尿病患者饮食管理干预方案，探讨其对改善2型糖尿病患者饮食管理行为的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

Developing and applying a dietary management intervention program for patients with type 2 diabetes based on the BCW theory and investigating its effectiveness in improving dietary management behaviors in patients with type 2 diabetes.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.①经临床检查确诊为糖尿病；②均为社区常住人口，未来1年内没有搬家计划；③患者意识清晰且不存在交流障碍；④均获取患者、家属知情同意。；

Inclusion criteria

1.1.Diagnosed with diabetes through clinical examination. 2. All are permanent residents in the community with no plans to move within the next year. 3. Patients have clear consciousness and no communication barriers. 4. Informed consent obtained from patients and their family members.;

排除标准：

1.①患有重大躯体疾病，如恶性肿瘤等；缺乏自理能力或肢体活动障碍；②缺乏自理能力或肢体活动障碍；③合并严重免疫系统疾病、精神障碍类疾病以及合并糖尿病急慢性并发症；④目前在参与 其他研究项目。；

Exclusion criteria：

1.1.Suffering from major physical illnesses such as malignant tumors;
2.lack of self-care ability or physical mobility impairments. 2.Lack of self-care ability or physical mobility impairments. 3.Complications with severe immune system disorders, mental disorders, or diabetes-related acute and chronic complications. 4.Currently participating in other research projects.;

将研究对象按纳入顺序进行编号，再利用计算机产生64个随机数字，将编号与随机数字一一对应，然后将随机数字按从小到大的顺序排列，数字较小的前32位所对应的研究对象进入干预组，数字较大的后32位所对应的研究对象进入对照组。

The research subjects are numbered in the order of inclusion, then 64 random numbers are generated using a computer. Each number is paired with a corresponding number, and then the random numbers are arranged in ascending order. The first 32 subjects corresponding to the smaller numbers enter the intervention group, while the latter 32 subjects corresponding to the larger numbers enter the control group.
