研究目的：

（1）统计PALF患儿血浆置换治疗前后凝血指标及肝功指标的变化情况。 （2）探讨血浆置换前后PT和INR的变化对PALF患儿血浆置换治疗效果的预测价值。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Analyze the changes in coagulation and liver function indicators in pediatric patients with PALF before and after plasma exchange therapy. (2) Investigate the predictive value of changes in PT and INR before and after plasma exchange on the therapeutic efficacy of PALF patients undergoing plasma exchange.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）2015年1月-2023年5月1日间入住吉林大学第一医院儿童重症监护室（PICU）诊断为儿童急性肝衰竭且应用血浆置换治疗的患儿。儿童急性肝衰竭的诊断标准：①无慢性肝脏疾病基础的儿童出现肝损害，并在临床肝病发生8周内出现严重肝功能障碍；②注射维生素K1无法纠正的凝血障碍；③凝血酶原时间(PT)＞20s或国际标准化比值(INR)＞2.0，患儿无肝性脑病；或出现肝性脑病，PT＞15s或INR＞1.5。 （2）28天＜年龄≤16周岁。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Children admitted to the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) of the First Hospital of Jilin University, diagnosed with pediatric acute liver failure and treated with plasma exchange, between January 2015 and May 1, 2023. Diagnostic criteria for pediatric acute liver failure: ① Children without a history of chronic liver disease who develop liver damage, and severe liver dysfunction occurs within 8 weeks of clinical liver disease onset; ② Coagulation disorders that cannot be corrected with vitamin K1 injection; ③ Prothrombin time (PT) > 20s or International Normalized Ratio (INR) > 2.0, without hepatic encephalopathy; or with hepatic encephalopathy, PT > 15s or INR > 1.5. (2) Age between 28 days and 16 years old.

排除标准：

（1）信息不完整的患者；（2）中途放弃治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with incomplete information. (2) Individuals who discontinued treatment midway.
